Pipes and Accessories

The AeroCal piping consists of a complete system of double-walled pre-insulated stainless steel 1.4404/AISI316L (certified for domestic water use) for heat pump and biomass systems.

The insulation is made of aerogel with particularly low thermal conductivity (0.017 W / (m • K) at an average temperature of 10 °C according to PN-EN 12667: 2002), and the protective sheath is made of PVC resistant to UV rays, weather conditions, and animals. The pipes are available in diameters DN20, DN25, DN32, and DN40 (available in gray), and upon request, can be made up to DN200.

The insulation thickness is 6 mm, 11 mm, or 13 mm.

AeroCal pipes are directly buryable.

AeroThin Piping is composed of a complete system of double-walled pre-insulated piping for solar systems. The base is a double corrugated pipe made of stainless steel, designed according to EU standard 1.4404 / AISI 316L (certified for domestic hot water use). The specialty of AeroThin pipes is the insulation made of aerogel, which has particularly low thermal conductivity (0.017 W / (m • K) at an average temperature of 10°C according to PN-EN 12667: 2002).

Quick Connection System for Corrugated Stainless Steel Pipes:

This new quick connection system for corrugated stainless steel pipes is designed for seal-less connections, thereby saving time and maintenance costs. The coupling, being symmetrical, can be inserted in either direction to avoid potential errors. The system is reusable, requiring only a new sleeve.

The range is available in diameters DN12, DN16, DN20, DN25, DN32, and DN40.
